Wonderland: A Front-Row Experience
On August 22, nine Center members took an adventurous trip to the Yale Summer Cabaret for Wonderland with audio description, a fun live production inspired by Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass. The talented cast brought Alice, the Cheshire Cat, the Queen of Hearts, the Mad Hatter, and the White Rabbit to life with a creative twist. Sitting just six feet from the stage, we truly had front-row seats, and for some members it was their first live play with audio description.
Join us for our next theatre outing on Saturday, October 17, when we’ll dive into the Blues with August Wilson’s Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom. Call the Center if you’d like to come along.
