Lunch & Learn with Hartford Artisan Weavers

Join us at the Center as we welcome the Artisan Weaver Center from Hartford. They will be bringing travel looms to provide attendees with a hands-on demonstration of how to use a loom.

The Artisan Program teaches weaving to Hartford area residents who are visually impaired, blind, or over 55. Artisans weave in a joyful, supportive environment and everything the artisans weave is sold at various outlets by the Artisan Weaver Center. The proceeds help pay Artisan Weaver Center expenses. The artisans receive a small payment based on the size, complexity, and quality of what they weave.

Space is limited, so please RSVP early to secure a spot. Lunch will be served.
