Way Around is a company that creates smart labeling solutions designed for people who are blind or have low vision. Their innovative system works with a free app available for both iPhone and Android, making it easy to label and identify everyday items non-visually.
At our next meeting, a guest speaker from WayAround will join us via Zoom to demonstrate how these products work and answer your questions.
The company was founded by Darwin and Armand, both of whom have experienced vision loss themselves. Their lived experiences inspired them to build tools that make the world more accessible—because no two people experience vision loss the same way, and everyone deserves equal access to information like directions, instructions, and product details without relying solely on sighted assistance.
